RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Cherish Your Faith Book Shop (CYF). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURN
Cherish Your Faith Book Shop (CYF) assures customers that all products are produced in the best-quality condition. However, in unforeseen and/or uncontrollable cases such as those noted below, CYF Book Shop provides a 15-day Warranty Policy given that the customer reports within three (3) days upon receipt of items ordered. This warranty policy guarantees replacement of the same damaged product within 15 days. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1. If items delivered have production defects, i.e.:
• Washed out printing of text.
• Inverted binding
• Incomplete books and/or pages
• Double image
• Misprint - a large portion of the image is missing and text is no longer readable
• Ink blot
• Scum
• Smearing
• Wrinkles
• Wrong collation
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message thru SMS, Messenger or email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will get in touch with you as to how your refund will be sent to you, then your refund will be processed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
1. There are certain situations where refunds are NOT granted (if applicable) , i.e.:
• Book with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any damage that is not reported within 3 days upon receiving the item.
• Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cyfbookshop@gmail.com.
SHIPPING
To return your product, send us an email for the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For any exchange the cost of shipping your exchanged product will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
